We’re excited to feature Equilibria's E-Colors & Personality Diversity Indicator (PDI) Assessment Training, presented by Jim Upshaw.
About the PDIThe Personality Diversity Indicator is a tool designed to help you better understand your behavioral tendencies, enhance communication, strengthen relationships, and increase overall effectiveness. Learn more at equilibria.com.
Action RequiredBefore Leadership Day, please complete the E-Colors/PDI assessment using the instructions below. After finishing, download and print your results—you’ll need to bring them with you to the event.
E-Colors Discovery / Basic Report Redemption instructions:1. Go to www.equilibria.com/pdi-home - scroll down, click on “Adults & teenagers”, then choose your preferred language, click to accept the terms & conditions and hit the “Start now for Free” button. 2. You will then go through a 35-question assessment, clicking on the words that describe you most and least for each question. Think about your tendencies, the descriptors that come naturally to you, not your developed traits. 3. Once you finish the indicator, you will need to register to access your personal PDI portal which includes your results. Register by creating a username and password or using the social media login options.4. Once in your PDI portal, click on the “Premium Report” tab on the top of the page.5. Insert the coupon UPSB24 on the text box that asks “Have a discount coupon?”6. Click “Apply” (grey button).7. Then, click on “Purchase” (bottom right orange button).8. The Basic Report will now be unlocked - go to the “Your Results” tab to see your results.9. Please print out your results by clicking on the Print button at the bottom right of the report, right after the “Personal Intervention Tips” section. This should give you a one page summary as well as a 4-colored pie chart with your percentages of each E-Color tendency.
