Session One:  Vicki Clark - Adapting Without Stopping

Date: April 10th, 2021, 11:00am - 2:00pm

Join us for a interactive training with Vicki Clark to learn how to navigate change and transitions. Vicki will teach attendees how to leverage challenges as opportunities versus viewing them as setbacks, and how to control the narrative. You will network outside your own Junior League in a breakout session, and hear what’s going well with other Leagues and what they have learned in this past year.

Session Two:  Vicki Clark - Knowledge Transfer: Successful Role Transitions

Date: April 10th, 2021, 11:00am - 2:00pm

Join us for an interactive training with Vicki Clark to understand why handoffs are imperative as well as hear best practices for  how to successfully transition roles as teams, leaders, and individuals year over year. Vicki will chat about ways to enable role successors and ensure that we are setup for continued success.
