For February's Volunteer Opportunity, the Children's Museum of Sonoma County (CMOSC) is asking for ice blocks for an ice sculpture exhibit at their "Frozen Frenzy" special event.  CMOSC is a past grant recipient.  We are happy to continue supporting the museum.

The interactive exhibit needs large DIY blocks of ice to form the base of the ice sculpture as they expect most guests will be bringing in smaller yogurt sized container ones.  "Large" is defined as a large bowl or salad bowl.  You can add colors to the ice or organic materials such as flower petals, pine needles or leaves.  The sculpture will be in one of the outdoor water tables by the river.  Please bring in your ice blocks at 9:30am as the event begins at 10am.

IMPORTANT!

Priscilla Lowell is the program coordinator and she would like anyone who is interested in this project to please email her directly by Monday, February 14, 2022 with how many Large blocks you can bring so she can plan accordingly.
