Tabling at Human Race (2 shifts)

  • 04 May 2024
  • 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
  • Old Courthouse Square, Santa Rosa

Registration

  • 2-3 people, includes setting up of table (provided by event organizers)
  • 2-3 people, includes taking down the table & packing up JLNS supplies.

Join JLNS as we table at the Community Village, where nonprofits, schools, and businesses host family friendly activities at booths.  Community Village highlights include a kid zone, local musician and refreshments provided by local vendors. The Human Race is an iconic, community-driven 5k fun run (walk or roll) in Sonoma County.

At the JLNS table, we will be promoting JLNS, recruiting new members, and sharing information about the upcoming Ride-a-Rig event in September. The event provides the table and chairs, we provide the decor, flyers, and JLNS enthusiasm! We are looking for 2-3 League members for each shift, wearing JLNS tshirts.

**Please note the second shift overlaps with the Annual Awards Luncheon, so we're asking for sustainers who weren't planning to attend the luncheon (or are willing to be fashionably late) to cover the shift and pack up the table supplies once the event is done. Thank you!**
